Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
  • This applies to all products, including custom outfits and supplements.


Returns

We accept returns only in the case of damaged products.

To be eligible:

  • You must report damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to prove the damage for return eligibility.
  • Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or used will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom or personalized outfits
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Dyeable fabrics (due to their sensitive nature)
  • Minor manufacturing defects (e.g., loose threads)
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or photography

We encourage customers to read fabric and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for size-related issues.
  • Please double-check sizing before placing your order.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers bear the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
